Successful Grant Applications

The Beds & Herts Churches Media Trust has awarded grants to a number of organisations and individuals for a variety of projects including:

The Benefice of Langelei received a grant towards the cost of its newsletter to mark the 33rd annual Flower Festival held at All Saints Church.

The Hub Church in Hitchin was awarded a grant towards the costs of producing marketing material including a billboard and postcards to raise awareness of the Alpha course and other church activities.

United Reformed Church Stevenage asked for help with financing replacement noticeboards after their own were vandalised.

 

 

Howlands Baptist Church installed an extension to their sound system to relay services to the vestry for nursing mothers.

 

 

Workplace Ministry applied for a grant towards the cost of display stands and marketing literature.

St Mary Magdalene, Westoning asked for help with setting up their new church website.

Holy Trinity, Weston were awarded a grant towards the purchase of broadcasting equipment.

Holy Trinity Lyonsdown received help towards the production of a new welcome leaflet.

St Francis of Assisi, Welwyn Garden City asked for help in funding a new photo gallery for display at the back of the church.

The University of Bedfordshire Christian Union sought help in setting up their new website.

Sacred Heart Church, Flitwick asked for a start-up grant towards the launch of their new church magazine and information pack.
